What is your return & refund policy?

We offer free returns for purchases returned within 30 days of the date of purchase / order. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Simply send the boots back to us in their original unworn condition. When you try them on, please do it on carpet. If items are returned damaged or worn, they are subject to be sent back with no refund provided. 

Once you have received an email that your return has arrived in our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return. It may take an additional 3 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank account (Total of 10 business days).

How do I start a return?

To start a return, head to our returns portal Please be sure to have your order number and email address associated with the order you would like to return. Enter your order number and email address to pull up your return information. Follow the remaining prompts to process your return.

When will I get my refund?

Normally, it takes 7 business days after the package is delivered to our warehouse to process your return. 

Once completed, your bank may take an additional 3 business days to post the refund to your original form of payment. 

If you need to track your return, please follow the link in your return confirmation email. 

Can I return online purchases to a store location?

All orders must be returned to your original place of purchase. Products purchased at Blundstone.com cannot be returned to a store location and vice versa. Please visit our return portal if you would like to start a return for your online order.

Can I combine returns using one label?

Need to return multiple pairs of boots? If multiple pairs were received in a single order, they can all be returned using one return label. However, if you are trying to return multiple pairs that were received on separate orders, multiple return labels will be needed (one label per order placed).

Please note using one return label for two separate orders may cause delays in your refund process. 

Can I return past season styles?

Past season styles abide by our standard return policy which is listed below.

The boots must be in the original shoe box, and shipping carton and we will refund you the original purchase price. If items are returned damaged or worn, they are subject to be sent back with no refund provided.

Can I exchange my boots for a different pair?

Unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges. However, if you’d like a different product, please start a return and reorder at any time. To start a return please use one of the links below.

When will I get my refund?

Normally, it takes 7 business days after the package is delivered to our warehouse to process your return and refund. 

Once completed, you will receive a refund confirmation email to the email address provided on your order.

Your bank may take an additional 10 business days to post the refund to your original form of payment.

How can I reprint my return label?

Once you submit a return request an email with a link to your shipping label will be sent to the email address you provided. Please note if the email address is wrong OR you don’t receive an email our customer service team will need to provide one.
